SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING TIMES: Please note that we send out orders on Monday and Thursday only. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
PRE-ORDERS: Please note we do not partially fulfil orders that contain a pre-ordered item. Your order will only be fulfilled once that item comes into stock. Please purchase separately if you wish to receive your in-stock items sooner.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We do not exchange. We do however offer a full refund for any product purchased at the wrong size or for change of mind within 7 days of receiving. You will need to cover return shipping costs. If you wish to exchange an item - you will need to place a new order for that item and we will refund the previous order once it has been received. We do not refund original shipping costs.
FAULTY ITEMS: We will replace or refund any item that is faulty. Please email through a picture of the faulty item, your original email receipt and order number.
ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Whether it be a site wide discount or sale, or an individually discounted item or sale items. We do not offer a refund or exchange, so please purchase with this in mind.
PRELOVED SALES : All sales are final. Discount codes are not applicable to preloved items.
RETURN ADDRESS: Please use the address below for any returns. Please put your order number on the front of the parcel so we can easily identify it.
