21 MILLION A YEAR & COUNTING... THE UNDERWEAR YOU NEED NOW
BY MARCIA LEONE
At the Marks & Spencer preview last month, underwear was described as “the foundation of every outfit”. They sell 21 million pairs a year in the UK alone (thats a pair every minute!) so I think it’s fair to call them the experts!
As embarrassing as it is to admit, I’ve been a bit of an undie hoarder, with many over 3 years old ( and even a couple of over-sized faves from my first pregnancy- lol ) so it was definitely time to prioritise a lingerie over-haul.
Firstly the Marks & Spencer lingerie range is HUGE! So may options from cotton rich multi- packs to lace detailed brazilian cut. I bought an array- including my high-waist, no vpl and every single pair has fit perfectly- consistent sizing, they don’t cut in, great quality that lasts well in the wash. I’ve linked some of my faves below.
When it comes to bras, I love a bralet and strapless/multiway option like I’m wearing in these pics. You can also find a fab maternity range HERE.
I also highly recommend Marks & Spencer undies and singlets for kids.. Archie only wears the “soccer undies” and has done so for the past year. They are so comfy, come in a 5 pack and last ages. Sizes from 18 months to 8 years- they come in lots of designs and i ge a restock every 6 months and they last really well.
I also get Poppy’s singlets from M&S as well- they are so soft, sustainable cotton and really well priced. You can see all girls underwear HERE.
