BLUE ON BLUE AT BONDI BATHS

IB2 March in Sydney is the bee’s knees. The sky’s blue, water warm and holiday crowds back to the daily grind. Despite living my entire adult life in Bondi, it’s only been the last couple of years that I’ve embraced the pools or "baths" at Icebergs. The iconic landmark is probably Bondi’s most instagramed vista, and nothing short of spectacular, regardless of the weather.

Bronzed bodies lounging on white washed rocks overlooking blue on blue on blue, you’d be forgiven for thinking you were in the Meditteranean. In fact, we’ve nicknamed it “Santorini.” I seriously can’t think of a better way to kill a couple of hours this time of year, particularly mid-week where it feels like Sydney’s best kept secret.

If you’ve worked up an appetite with all the swimming and sun soaking ( or in my case, toddler chasing) The Crabhole is a great little café/kiosk with tasty food, smoothies and of course that unbeatable view. With, or without the babes you’d be hard pressed to find a better way to spend the afternoon. Each time we go, I’m reminded how lucky we are to raise our kids in this neck of the woods. Sydney, you rock. xo
