WANT TO WORK WITH NOT SO MUMSY ?
Over the past five years, NOT SO MUMSY has grown from a community of like-minded mamas into an award winning, fashion and lifestyle brand.
As an Influencer, content creator, writer, editor & creative director of NOTSOMUMSY.com & NSM The Label, I pinch myself at times that I have created my dream job based on pure love and passion (& my family!) At the core of what I do is a focus on giving back and creating a supportive community for the modern mama. That is my why.
This year is shaping up to be our biggest yet. We have secured partnerships and ambassador roles with some incredible global brands across fashion, lifestyle, beauty and travel. We have new PJ collections and some exciting new product collaborations releasing for NSM The Label. NotSoMumsy.com has been relaunched with a new look and our Digital Content Manager Jess is working on some fab new content, celebrity interviews and possibly some events… And in case that wasn't enough, I will be writing a book! (yep, pass the vino!)
So long story short, my brain has 567 tabs open and I need a right hand lady (or man?) to HELP MEEEEE... I mean join the team in an exciting and varied part-time role. ;)
ASSISTANT / JUNIOR E-COMMERCE/ DIGITAL CO-ORDINATOR/ ALL ROUNDER
(10 - 15 HOURS PER WEEK)
Please note this is a Assistant role. You will get to do some exciting things and also some not so exciting things (namely picking and packing orders) but you will do it all in a REALLY cool new work space in Sydney's Inner West!
YOUR MISSION
You will have the sole responsibility of the NOT SO MUMSY online store- inventory, packing orders/ coordinating fulfilment options, co-ordinating donations to charity partners. You will also be the point of contact for all customer service.
Work on EDM's and mailer campaigns alongside our Digital Content Manager
Organising NOTSOMUMSY Preloved online Charity Auctions
Potential to look after NSM_Label Social Media and FaceBook page.
After the above points are looked after there is the potential to design, write/ co-ordinate content and/or edit video if this suits your skill set/passion.
There is definitely room to grow the role and add more hours for the right candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position would suit a University student or recent graduate in Marketing, communications, e-commerce looking to get some experience in media and fashion industry. (This is the job I would have jumped at when I was at Uni!)
It could also suit a mama bear (of course!) who has experience and passion for the above and looking for a flexible, part time position.
You must have good communication skills, a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
You must be social media and tech savvy- extra points for an understanding of squarespace, youtube, other e-commerce/ digital platforms - please note this is not essential but you have to be able to work it out.
You must be able to work autonomously.
